Private Policy Statement: Any information that is submitted by the buyer will be used strictly for the purpose of completing the sale, delivering the product and addressing any customer service issues. Your information will not be rented, shared or sold to a third party.
If there is a problem with the down loaded file, contact me & I will resend it to you. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
1. TERMS OF USE: My designs can be stitched on garments that are for sale. But only if YOU HAVE PURCHASED the design. If you are going to be making a profit on items that are for sale, then it is only right that you purchase the design. You may use them on 50 garments, then please contact me for addtional use. Many, many hours go into making each design, as well as at cost to me. Maintaning a web site is also costly, plus I have to pay for services for each design that I sell. So please, be respectufully to anyone who sells their designs. Clothing manufactures - if you will be using the designs on more than 50 garments, please contact me.
2. You may not share or trade the designs with any one. I keep the designs at a low cost for you. It is illegal to copy the designs. I pay for my art work, which means it is for my use.
3. Please buy carefully, as there are no refunds or returns when buying electroincally on line. These are downloadable files. However, if you do receive a corrupt file, I will be happy to resend it to you, just email me.
4. Please check the size of the designs before purchasing to make sure your machine can stitch that size. Again, I'm not able to make refunds.
5. Please make sure you are getting the correct format for your machine.
